Bittersweet

So they played this at Michigan’s 2011 commencement and I thought it was pretty cool.  Everything is so bittersweet this time of year.  I have dear friends that are leaving the University of Michigan to pursue their next phase in life (I’ll be here next year for my fifth year ).  I wish them the very best in their future, and I know I’ll stay in touch with a lot of them, but I will also miss them tremendously.  It’s funny, I’ve always prayed for friends and memories, and for a while I never thought I’d get them in college.  God blessed me so much more than I could have ever imagined and I’ll be able to look back and praise Him for what’s He’s giving me in college. I guess when you are blessed by Him with such incredible friends and memories, it makes the goodbyes that much harder.  But hey, that's what we want in life is it not?  So here’s to the class of 2011, to the people who have made such an impact on my heart, Love you guys.
